Pre-requisites For Using This Service

If you wish to pay by eNETS Credit:

1. You will need a valid credit card.

If you wish to pay by eNETS Debit:

1. You will need to have a banking account with POSB, DBS Bank, UOB or Citibank, and have an Internet Banking User ID and PIN.

How To Make Payment

To make a payment:

1. The first page @ BillCollect will show the payment information with the Bill Reference Number and Total Amount Payable. Click the Continue button to proceed to the next page.

2. The payment information will be displayed for your confirmation. Click the Submit button to proceed with the payment.

3. Select a payment type by clicking on the logo. If you wish to cancel the transaction, click the Cancel Payment button to cancel the transaction.

If you choose eNETS Credit:

1. You will be prompted to enter your credit/debit card information, such as Name on Card, Card Number, CVV/CVC2 and Expiry Date. Click the Submit button to proceed.

2. A prompt window will appear to confirm that the transaction is approved. Please note the Merchant Reference Code, NETS Reference Code, Auth Code and quote it when making payment related enquiries. You may close the window by clicking the I’M DONE button.

3.   Upon completing the transaction, you will be shown a receipt that you can print out using your Internet browser. Please quote the E-Payment Reference Number when making payment related enquiries. Click the Close this window button to end the transaction.

If you choose eNETS Debit:

1. You will be prompted to select your bank account. After selecting your bank, click the Submit button to continue. Click the Cancel button to cancel the transaction and return to the payment selection page.

2. After entering your Internet Banking User ID and Password/PIN in your bank’s page, click the Submit button to continue. If you have made an error, click the Clear button to clear the Internet Banking User ID and Password/PIN entered and key in again. If you wish to cancel the transaction, click the Cancel button to cancel the transaction and return to the payment selection page.

3. Upon completing the transaction, you will be presented with a receipt that you can print out using your Internet browser. Please quote the E-Payment Reference Number when making payment related enquiries. Click the Close this window button to end the transaction.

Deduction From Your Bank Account

For eNETS Crebit, the payment will be reflected in your credit card’s bill.

For eNETS Debit, the payment will be immediately deducted and reflected in your bank account.
