1. What are the types of fees which I can pay using this service?

You can pay for the following fees/charges using this service if you have an invoice/order form issued by Singapore Department of Statistics:
   
a) Subscription, series and miscellaneous charges for SingStat Time Series System (STS)
   
b) Other Fees and Charges (e.g. charges for data and services)

 2. What are the types of Payment Modes available through this service?

We offer two modes of payment:
   
a) Credit Card
You may make payment via the internet using VISA or MasterCard.
   
b) Internet Direct Debit
You will need a valid internet banking account with DBS, UOB and Citibank.  For more information, please visit http://www.nets.com.sg/enets/pro&ser_directdebit.ph.
   

 

3. What is the currency of the payment?

The amount to be paid is in Singapore dollars.

 

4. Will a receipt be issued for my online payment through the service?

Once you have completed your transaction successfully online, you will be prompted to print or save a copy of the online receipt for your record.  A separate hardcopy receipt will not be issued by our Department.

 

5. Can I claim for a refund for payments made?

Requests for refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please send your request in writing with relevant supporting documents to:

6. Can I make payment for more than 1 invoice in a single transaction?

As the payment is tracked based on its unique Bill Reference Number, you can only make payment for 1 invoice in a single transaction.

 

7. Can I use the same Bill Reference Number for different payments?

You can only use the Bill Reference Number for 1 payment. If you try to enter the same Bill Reference Number for another payment, you will receive an error indicating "Payment record already exists".
