Pre-requisites For Using This Service

 

If you wish to pay by FlexiPay:

 

  1. Please sign-up for FlexiPay by downloading and filling in the Direct Debit Authorisation (DDA) form at www.eCitizen.gov.sg/FlexiPay.

 

  1. You will need a SingPass (Singapore Personal Access) account to authorise a FlexiPay payment. If you do not have one, please apply for a SingPass account over the Internet at:

 

·       www.eCitizen.gov.sg (Approval after 5 working days)

 

Alternatively, bring along your NRIC and apply at the following locations:

 

·       eClubs (Approval after 5 working days)

 

·       Central Provident Fund (CPF) offices, Community Development Councils (CDC) or selected Community Clubs/Centres counter (On-the-spot approval).

 

If you wish to pay by eNETS Debit:

 

  1. You will need an Internet Banking User ID and PIN.

How To Make Payment

 

To make a payment:

 

  1. Enter the Bill Reference Number (i.e. your file reference no.), Amount Payable, Name of your law firm and your contact details as illustrated in the following example. Click the Continue button to proceed.

 

 

 

  1. The information entered will be displayed for your confirmation. Click the Submit button to proceed with the payment, or click the Back button to make corrections to the information displayed.

 

 

 

  1. Select a payment type by clicking on the logo.

 

 

 

If you choose to pay by FlexiPay:

 

  1. You will be prompted to enter your SingPass ID. Click the Submit button to proceed.

 

 

 

  1. Enter your SingPass and press the Login button.

 

 

 

  1. You will be asked to confirm your bank account before confirming the transaction. Click the Confirm button to proceed with payment, or the Cancel button to cancel the transaction.

 

 

 

  1. A message will appear to confirm that the transaction is completed. Please note the E-Payment Reference Number and quote it when making payment related enquiries. You may close the window by clicking the Close this window button.

 

 

 

If you choose eNETS Debit:

 

  1. You will be prompted to select your bank account. After selecting your bank, click the Submit button to continue. Click the Cancel button to cancel the transaction and return to the payment selection page.

 

 

 

  1. After entering your Internet Banking User ID and Password/PIN in your bank’s page, click the Submit button to continue. Click the Clear button to clear the Internet Banking User ID and Password/PIN entered or the Cancel button to cancel the transaction and return to the payment selection page.

 

 

Upon completing the transaction:

 

  1. You will be presented with a receipt that you can print out using your Internet browser. Click the Make another payment button if you wish to make another payment, or the Close this window button to end the transaction.

 

 

 

It is important that you print the receipt. Please provide us your transaction number in your request. For collection in person, please bring your receipt along.
