Pre-requisites for Using This Service

 

If you wish to pay by FlexiPay:

 

  1. Please sign-up for FlexiPay by downloading and filling in the Direct Debit Authorisation (DDA) form at www.eCitizen.gov.sg/FlexiPay.
  2. You will need a SingPass (Singapore Personal Access) account to authorise a FlexiPay payment. If you do not have one, please apply for a SingPass account over the Internet at:

·       http://www.ecitizen.gov.sg/ (Approval after 5 working days)

Alternatively, bring along your NRIC and apply at the following locations:

·       eClubs (Approval after 5 working days)

·       Central Provident Fund (CPF) offices, Community Development Councils (CDC) or selected Community Clubs/Centres counter (On-the-spot approval).

 

If you wish to pay by eNETS Internet Banking:

 

  1. You will need an Internet Banking User ID and PIN.

How To Make Payment

 

  1. Enter the Application Number, Company Registration Number, Company Name, Amount Payable and Payer’s Contact Details as illustrated in the following example below.

 

 

Click on the Continue button to proceed.

 

Note: Incomplete/incorrect information will DELAY processing.

 

 

  1. The information entered will be displayed for your confirmation. Click on the Submit button to proceed with the payment, or click on the Back button to make corrections to the information.

 

 

 

  1. Select a payment type by clicking on the logo.

 

 

 

 

If you choose to pay by FlexiPay:

 

  1. Enter your SingPass ID and click on the Submit button to proceed.

 

 

 

  1. Enter your SingPass and click on the Login button.

 

 

 

  1. Confirm your bank account. Click on the Confirm button to proceed with payment, or the Cancel button to cancel the transaction.

 

 

 

  1. A message will be displayed to confirm that the transaction is completed. Please note the E-Payment Reference Number and quote it when making payment related enquiries. Close the window by clicking on the Confirm button.

 

 

 

 

If you choose eNETS Internet Banking:

 

  1. Select your preferred bank: DBS/POSB, UOB, Citibank. Click on the Submit button to continue or Click the Cancel button to cancel the transaction and return to the payment selection page.

 

 

 

  1. Enter your Internet Banking User ID and Password at your preferred bank’s page to authorize the payment.

 

 

 

Upon completing the transaction:

 

  1. You will be presented with a receipt that you can print out using your Internet browser. Click on the Make another payment link if you wish to make another payment, or the Close this window link to end the transaction.
