1.      What are the types of fees that I can pay using this service?

You can use this service to make payment for the following:

(a)               Plan Fee For Building Plan Submission

(b)               Plan Fee For Structural Plan Submission

(c)               Fee For Express TOP

(d)               Fee For Waiver Application

(e)               Plan Fee For Temporary Building Permit

 

For a, b, c and d, please enter the project reference number and e-Submission number (optional) to make the payment online.

For e, please enter the e-Submission number as the Project Ref. No. to make the payment online.

 

2.      What are the types of Payment Modes available through this service?

Two modes of payment are offered:

(a)               FlexiPay. For more information on FlexiPay, please visit www.ecitizen.gov.sg/FlexiPay

(b)               eNETS Debit – Internet Banking. For more information on eNETS, please visit http://www.nets.com.sg/

 

3.      Will a receipt be issued for my online payment through the service?

Once you have completed your transaction successfully online, you will be prompted to print or save a copy of the online receipt for your record.  BCA will not issue a separate hardcopy receipt.

 

4.      How do I get a refund for over-payment?

Please send your request in writing with relevant supporting documents to the Processing Officer approving your application.
