For a, b, c and d, please enter the project reference number and
e-Submission number (optional) to
make the payment online.
For e, please enter the e-Submission number as the Project Ref. No. to make the payment online.

What are the types of Payment Modes
available through this service?
Two modes of
payment are offered:
(a)
FlexiPay. For more information on FlexiPay, please visit www.ecitizen.gov.sg/FlexiPay
(b)
eNETS Debit – Internet Banking. For more
information on eNETS, please visit http://www.nets.com.sg/
3.
Will a receipt be issued for my online
payment through the service?
Once you have
completed your transaction successfully online, you will be prompted to print
or save a copy of the online receipt for your record. BCA will not issue a separate hardcopy
receipt.
Please send your
request in writing with relevant supporting documents to the Processing Officer
approving your application.
